They offer an innovative solution to their customers and are looking to continue this growth by hiring a motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join their young and energetic team.
As a part of Business Development team you will be focusing on both maintaining the relationship with existing clients (online market) and developing new clients in traditional sectors.
Our client is looking for someone with at least two years of sales experience a strong understanding of the UK market space.
• Driving the companies growth in the UK by identifying and converting new opportunities
• Calling and emailing qualified prospects
• Ensuring that prospects choose the services that match their needs
• Converting incoming leads on a daily basis by promoting the platform’s strong value proposition
• Attending trade shows and conferences to build your network of prospects
• Maintaining existing customer relationships and increase sales
• Fulfilling leadership opportunities within the team and training new sales members
The successful applicant
• Will have a minimum of two years of sales experience
• Will have a proactive approach to new business sales
• Will have strong communication skills
• Will have ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Will have a previous experience in sales of online services
• Will be a native level English speaker
• You are autonomous, dynamic, with a consultative sales approach
• You are skilled client negotiation and using a variety of sales tools. You can adapt to different audiences
• You do not take no for an answer and find creative solutions to get the sale
• You are a good listener and know how to win your prospect’s trust through intelligent and convincing recommendations
• You work well in a team
• You are passionate about the startup landscape and new online ventures
