Sales Executive DACH, German speaking

Our client offers a collaborative innovation management solution for companies to map, manage and monitor open innovation projects with Start-ups and innovative partners at scale. The company helps leading enterprises around the globe to deliver repeatable ground-breaking results.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and reach sales targets in the DACH market
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through Outbound campaigns to target high-potential clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle to close deals: discovery and qualification, presentation and demos, price quotes and negotiations, legal process to sign new contracts.
  • Gather business information on the DACH market to provide the product team with useful insights
  • Give direction to our marketing & communication team and participate to the creation of sales materials
  • Work with our Partnership team to capture, target and develop strong local relationships
  • Participate in industry events
  • Participate in growing the DACH Sales team

Preferred experience

  • Native German speaker with good written and oral communication skills (French would be a bonus)
  •  2 – 4 years of experience in enterprise software sales, selling high-end enterprise solutions at executive level or experience in innovation consulting
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions to companies headquartered in DACH
  • Successful in delivering high-impact presentations and high-level software demonstrations
  • Expert in closing complex or long sales cycles
  • Able to find new clients and build a pipeline from scratch
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial problem-solving mentality
  • Experience in the Innovation sector would be desirable

Compensation

  • Competitive package (including variable component and bonus without cap): 50K – 70K + Variable
